Senior Client Relationship Manager (Sr. CRM)

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct client meetings independently and represent the company professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare customer reports, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support the sales team in building long-term customer relationships.
- Travel within Raipur and other locations as required for client meetings.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience as a CRM, preferably in the automobile industry (car dealership/manufacturer preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Confident, smart, and capable of managing client meetings independently.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for official travel.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM documentation.
