Candidate Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, coding, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development.
- Experience as a Google Sheets Developer with automation capabilities.
- Ability to develop software, applications, and internal business tools.
- Knowledge of HRMS software, database creation, and business process automation.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
